Mr. Leone has played a key role in Southwestern Pennsylvania's real estate community for the past 26 years. Mr. Leone represents a broad range of clientele including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, high technology organizations, law firms/professional organizations and various segments of the service industry on a local, national and international basis in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations and development of commercial and industrial real estate. Prior to founding NAI Pittsburgh Commercial, Mr. Leone was Associate Director of Cushman & Wakefield where he was honored as one of the top fifty real estate professionals nationwide, a founding Principal and treasurer of PA Commercial Real Estate, and the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Oxford Realty Services.

Recently, Mr. Leone represented Community College of Allegheny County, Mellon Bank, Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, Alpern Rosenthal, Gateway Health Plan, IBM/Transarc Corporation, Danieli Corporation, UPMC, Bank Pittsburgh, AT&T Broadband, WESCO Distribution, Inc., ICF Kaiser International, Inc. and D&L, Inc. for their respective headquarters and/or regional facility requirements.
