Mr. Adams has been active in the Western Pennsylvania real estate market since January of 1999. Since he entered the field, Mr. Adams has been responsible for procuring tenant and buyer representation assignments, leasing and subleasing agency assignments as well as assisting with sale dispositions of office, industrial and investment properties. His past and present clientele has included Fortune 500, technology, medical, law and law-related, financial and banking as well as service-related companies and organizations.
Recently, Mr. Adams has been engaged by UPMC, IMPAQT, RMS Lifeline, Inmedius, CFS Home Loan, WeSellNow, Raphael Ramsden & Behers, Schweers Dattilo & McClelland, Hughie’s Audio-Visual Service, Talkshoe, Pepsi North America and Haley Systems for their various real estate requirements.

Comprehensive real estate curriculum (The Pennsylvania State University) in real estate valuation; real estate finance and investment; environmental law; property and commerce; advanced techniques in real estate analysis; and, urban property rights and land use issues.
During his final semester of college, Mr. Adams attended The National University of Singapore's (NUS) distinguished School of Building and Real Estate. While at NUS, Jeff focused on diversifying his knowledge of a non-U.S. real estate market that is influenced by the Housing Development Board (HDB) among other governmental entities.
