Mr. Egerman handles a full range of real estate services including tenant representation, agency leasing, investment sales, and buyer representation and consulting. Mr. Egerman began his career as a member of the brokerage staff of Cushman & Wakefield. Additionally, he has worked in development with Carnegie Properties where he managed investment and leasing for properties in Pittsburgh, Orlando and Chicago. Ralph has worked on commercial deals in 15 states and in South Africa.

He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and on the Board of Governors for The Rivers Club. |
