His career in real estate has been primarily focused on the disposition and leasing of land and industrial oriented property. Mr. Bilyak also concentrates on the sale of income producing office and industrial buildings.

| Prior to joining NAI Pittsburgh Commercial, Mr. Bilyak was Vice President of Industrial Brokerage for the Grubb & Ellis Company His responsibilities included developing client relations, brokerage assignments, real estate related consulting, and market valuations. Mr. Bilyak’s list of clients, current and past, include Kennametal, PPG, Lanxess, CBS Corporation, Qwest Communications, Eichleay, Viacom, Eaton, Level 3 Communications, and Pharmacare. Mr. Bilyak has also worked extensively with prominent local and national real estate investors and developers such as McKnight Capital Group, Sampson Morris Group, Walnut Capital, The Buncher Company and Pittsburgh Industrial Parks. Mr. Bilyak’s ability to serve his clients goes beyond typical brokerage. His tenure as Market Research Analyst honed his market forecasting, trend analysis, economic analysis, and data base/mapping skills. |
